These
are fingerstyle chord-melody arrangements of 18 traditional carols at 3
different playing levels in guitar-friendly keys such as C, G, Am and
A.
LEVEL 1 arrangements are the
most straightforward, just the melodies and their associated chords,
and can even be played with a pick. LEVEL 2 arrangements build on
the Level 1 arrangements, with the same basic structure but with
fancier, more interesting chords and arpeggios. The LEVEL 3
arrangements are the most challenging, with the addition of harmony
lines and basslines, and yet fancier chords.
You can assemble your own version by selecting just the parts you like from the more complex versions and copying them in to the simpler versions. Merry Christmas!
